We collect information you provide directly when you register for an account, log value events, or contact us. We also collect usage data automatically, including adoption events, session data, and interaction logs, to power the Adoption Score™ and related features.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate and improve the TrelivOS platform, generate AI-powered insights and nudges, and attribute business value to AI initiatives. We do not use your data to train third-party models without your explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (such as Supabase for database hosting and Anthropic for AI inference) solely to provide the service. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Data Retention
We retain your account and value event data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 12 months after termination, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law or you request earlier deletion.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@intaccel.com and we will respond within 30 days.
