Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrelivOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
TrelivOS is licensed for use by enterprise organisations for internal AI value tracking and adoption measurement. You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer our AI models, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the service.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at contact@intaccel.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Intellectual Property
All platform code, AI models, and branding are the exclusive property of Intaccel. Your organisation retains ownership of all data you input into the platform, including value event logs and adoption records.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intaccel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TrelivOS. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
